okie as off 1245pm just today.... i've officially embarked on my sept SPRING BREAK... which will last me all of 2 weeks. but as the title suggested it's not really a break.... **or at least it was supposed to be till my asian studies lecturer decided that he's going to give us our take home exam to do on either mon or tues. which totally ruined my plan to go up north with mish, val and ruizhen.

we were supposed to be leaving on fri... in the wee early morning hours (which i'm quite thankful that i don't have to go now cos i don't see how i can wake up that early...) and erm.. go all the way to monkey mia, kalbarri, coral bay.. and do all the snorklling that will, at this pt in time, suffice and feed my hunger for my scuba lisence. but now, i can't do that.. cos of my TAKE HOME EXAM. argh!!!!!!!!!

hey mish if u're reading ah.. i'm still damm interested to go lah.. so must plan and go together gether.. ahhahaha i wanna see fishies... and starfish... and dolphins!!!!!!** anyways... tmr i don't have an asian studies lect.. so my break starts today lah!! wooohooo!!!! ultimate happiness.. altho i don't feel that happy... hmmm wonder why.. like no special feeling that it's break.

okie pple... it's official I'M A TOOTFACE!!!! argh!! i mistook my take home exam thingy to be this coming mon or tues when it's actually in week 13... erm.. which is like a study break b4 my exams start! i hadn't have time to check in on the website (where all online lects are placed as well as unit info) so i didn't realise it! oh my goodness!!!!! i'm so sorry mish!!! but in any other case, i can't go cos apparently the dateline for my research essays have been moved up. so at the end of the day, my break isn't really a break! so yeah... still have to work on my essays... and i'm going to have to travel down to murdoch to use their asian studies collection there for the next one week... 3 research ones!!!! how am i going to survive?! argh!!! so please, ignore that part between the ** and **

u know something weird???? after writing the entry abt my 'sunshine' days... and feeling damm sian.. i received a postcard from zhong yi (yeah lionel.. it's my zhong yi) cordially inviting me to s'pore to celebrate my 21st. *???????????* what the hell?! hahahahah it was weird and lame and crappy... (something typical of zhong) but it was very much appreciated cos it really brought a smile to my face... see! it's not cos the postage was free... but it was the effort he took to write and walk to the postbox, which apparently was far away from his house, and post it to lil ol' me in the land of not so nice food and the lack of nice pple.... so a big thank you goes out to zhong!!!

and the second thing that brought a smile to my face, insignificant to u guys it may sound, but it made me tear... was an extremely simple and sweet testi on frenster from jin jia!!! u know how testis ( sounds like testicles.. pardon me...) anyways, they always sound so funky and eloquent and like always abt how this person is so nice blah blah blah... but jin jia's testi was super sweet.. and it showed me that i did make him feel not so far away from home (in whatever little ways lah) and i felt really appreciated.... so another big thank you to jin jia...

i have a feeling it's going to be a long blog.. but i like long blogs.. so piss off if u're bored by my ramblings.. heh! spent 50 bucks on monday... hahaha which is a lot but then if u think of how many items i bought.. i think it's justified. i bought....

• a pair of corduroy pants for 10 bucks
• a pair of funky checked pants for 10 bucks
• a cap for 5 bucks
• a belt for my bro for 15 bucks
• a lorna jane hoodie for 10 bucks (sacha's going to kill me...)

and that made my super sian day less sian for the 3 hours.. hahahah but oh wells.. a temp high better than nothing... and then i went to do something stupid.. i was washing my hands in the bathroom and then i wanted to open the door wider to go out.. then in my excitement of opening the door wider.. i 'konked' my left eyebrow into the door.. resulting in a 'baluku' and i didn't rub it cos i didn't want it to like get black and blue cos i needed to take pics with stella for her convo!! oh yah.. btw... CONGRATS STELLA ON CONVOCATING.. it's been a while and a long awaited one.. am so happy for u!!! *muacks* lub lub.... and now my eyebrow is pain pain pain.. i can't cringe without feeling the damm thing hurt. TA MA DE!!!!!!

going to end this on another thank you note.... thank sacha for ur call.. it really cheered me up!!! ur ramblings as usual are always interesting and crappy to listen to.. nari... for talking to me and making me feel better... lionel for ur attempts at cheering me up.. which sad to say... did work.. and it's just cos i wanted to fester more in the sian mood. oh yah... bryan for being crappy yest... and eelis for like that short chat outside the reid... ahahha that was funny man! and mark koh... for being the tootface online as always... and yes!!! if david and mark tan u're reading this.... i miss u guys!!!!!! we must catch up.... msn chatroom again!!!!!
